We are getting started with two pillars: Podcasts - “Leading with Heart” and Programs - “The Leadership Immersion”. In “Leading with Heart”, our host Dr. Githinji Gitahi is in conversation with Fiona Kwatemba, our Project Manager to dig deeper into the concept of a new leadership perspective that places HEART at its center. The "Leadership Immersions" will be an opportunity for young leaders to gather, self-inquire, explore perspectives and discover their unique leadership style & purpose guided by Mentor, Dr. Githinji Gitahi.

Meet the team

Dr. Githinji Gitahi is the Global CEO of Amref Health Africa and has built his credibility as a noteworthy global leader of our time in his firm values that no one should be left behind in regard to healthcare access. He championed Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and spearheaded vaccine equity through the Covid pandemic and beyond. His passion for leadership extends into the power to transform communities through service.

Fiona Kwatemba is an independent Digital consultant and Project Manager whose passion for young people and curiosity for learning and growth makes her the most suited for running The Leadership Dialogues. Fiona’s meticulous approach to handling projects and her vision for an empowered African youth is what makes her the star of our team.

Caroline Kagendo Githinji is Founder & Director, Nkemi Consulting & Lattice Community. As a seasoned Strategy lead in numerous projects and with years of Brand, Marketing & Communication experience, Caroline directs the strategy and execution of The Leadership Dialogues and all its associated programs.
